Our History

Welcome to the Basketball section of Club Brains. Our story began in 1989, when the visionary and entrepreneurial Sánchez Hita family decided to create an educational model where sports would be a fundamental pillar. With a firm commitment to promoting educational values through sports, basketball was chosen as the flagship sport of the project.

At Arturo Soria School, we began developing the basketball section with great enthusiasm, integrating it into the Physical Education program. The response from families was extraordinary, and the growth was unstoppable. In 1992, the creation of the Brains Sports Club was officially established with the basketball section, becoming a benchmark in sports training throughout the Community of Madrid.

Today, more than 30 years later, we continue to keep the essence of those early days alive, promoting basketball as a tool for education and personal growth. Our commitment remains to develop not only athletes, but also individuals who embody the values that define us.

Sport as a passion and a way of life. For 30 years at the Club, striving to convey the values and virtues of physical activity. Basketball serves as a tool to promote values and approach each game as the best setting to learn how to overcome challenges, always placing respect for the opponent and your own team above all else.

Since 1995, I have been part of the Sports Club. I try to enjoy every moment and witness how the players grow and improve, both athletically and personally. I value a job where I always keep in mind that everyone matters. Basketball and the Club have given me friendships, unforgettable experiences, and a second home, as well as a deep sense of personal fulfillment.
